Retruns & Cancellation
All orders through Badgesource.com, AFI or Smith & Warren are considered as custom. Our products are custom-made to the specifications you selected. We will send you an order confirmation that will include all specific information on the order as well as an invoice.
Because the orders are custom-made, we cannot cancel the order through Smith & Warren. Should the factory make a production error, Smith & Warren will re-make the item correctly at no charge. However, if you have approved the order, we are not responsible for any errors regardless of the type (typographical, incorrect finish or seal, etc.).
Orders cannot be cancelled, changed, exchanged or refunded.
All orders shipped via USPS or UPS, at the choice of the factory. Custom badge/accessory orders take approximately 3 to 6 weeks to be delivered. Custom leather items not ordered in conjunction with a badge may take 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. Stock badges or leather items (not semi-custom stock badge orders) are shipped as soon as possible depending on our current stock situation.
note that our factory DOES NOT give us updates on the status of
your badge/accessory order.
Once AFI is notified that your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number from AFI.
You have ordered a fine quality custom-made badge in which the finish, enamel and attachments are warranted for life. Stock badges and leather items are not warranted. Should you wish to take advantage of this warranty, please contact AFI for instructions on returning the item.
Law Enforcement Badges
We restirct the sale of law enforcement badges to individuals who serve in that capacity. Please be prepared to submit your LEO credentials if requested.
It is against US Federal law to provide federal insignia to those outside the federal government. This includes federal seals on badges. Please be prepared to provide proper credentials if you are ordering federal insignia,
